Man wird direkt an jemanden erinnert, wenn man das erste Mal auf http://soundcloud.com/nilshoffmannberlin trifft: An den sympathischen Klassenkameraden, der total nett und immer ganz entspannt und mit dem man gern befreundet war. Nichts deutet darauf hin, dass dieser ja noch sehr junge Künstler durchaus schon einen gewissen Prominenten-Status in der Elektro-Szene hat, seit er vor fast drei Jahren mit seinem Track „Balloons“ einen Sommer- und Clubhit landete, der nicht nur in fast allen Sets vertreten war, sondern letztes Jahr dann auch bei Poesiemusik, einem Sublabel von Get Physical released wurde – durchaus eine Art Ritterschlag.

Auch mit seiner Verwunschen EP machte Nils von sich reden und bespielt mittlerweile alle namhaften Clubs quer durch die Republik und darüber hinaus. Dementsprechend groß war die Freude, als fest stand, dass er auch in der Nochtwache, unserem Partnerclub in Hamburg, von dem wir zukünftig noch öfter berichten werden, sein Stelldichein geben wird. 

Das Set, welches er dann spielte,  zauberte dem gesamten Publikum ein ums andere Mal ein breites Grinsen auf die Gesichter, und ließ sie bis in die frühen Morgenstunden nicht von der Tanzfläche herunter. Deep, treiben und immer wieder extrem atmosphärisch war der Sound und voller Stolz präsentieren wir hier den Mitschnitt dieses Abends.

Freut euch auf zwei Stunden Nils Hoffmann und auf ein Set, welches vor Energie nur so strotzt!
