There's alot of buzz around the new Annix album at Playaz HQ. Not so much an artist album but more of an introduction to them signing exclusively to Playaz and a compilation showcasing the different styles in which they write.The album showcases both solo work from Konichi and Decimal Bass as well as together as Annix. Their work is so prolific that the chances of them releasing a single are very slim however there are talks of artist solo albums coming next year.

'Time Traveller' is a downright dirty colab with DJ Limited and next up Sub Zero fires up the heat, joining forces with the ethereal-voiced folk singer Lucy Kitchen on 'Heart's on Fire'.

Rounding this one up is minimalist anthem 'Something for the Weekend'.

We're not sure what exactly is inside this beast, but whatever it is, we're having what he's having....

Firing out of the blocks from the Playaz family comes Sub Zero's ‘Remixes EP', spinning a fresh take on the heavyweight tunes already loved by many. Sub Zero needing no introduction to Playaz fans having spent the best part of a decade smashing sets all over the world, lays solid foundations for what is sure to become one of the killer remix showcases of the year. To open Majistrate delivers his remix of Your Flex, hitting raves at the minute with an almighty thud. Run n Hide gets the Konichi treatment with two fat productions of rolling kicks and pounding low-end rhythms, whilst Supreme Being throws in a screaming rendition of Motion - a sure fire floorfiller.
