An artist like this only comes along once in a blue moon. Wallace has been quietly perfecting his craft for the last decade, and has a deep understanding of club dynamics that can’t be taught. Entiv 'Left To Rest' [Deeper DNB]

This track is massive. Massive piano and strings, massive detuned rave signals, a massive breakbeat, actually the same loop that Adam F used in Circles, sampled from Kurtis Blow’s Do the Do but at 160bpm, and a massive bass, or two if you will.

‘Breaking’ is not shy from being rough around the edges, with a distorted vocal at its center, traversing the track on delay. Only when you think you’ve heard it all the second drop sets in, putting forward a reece bass, getting the energy level up .
