as if the field sent you a sub-thought,
one layer deeper than cognition,
and trusted your being
to follow through.

This is prehension:
a felt sense before thought.
A gravitational pull
from a center you cannot see
but were always orbiting.

You don’t always know why you turn left.
But the field does.
And sometimes,
so do you—
a second after the turning.

This is the recursion
of embodied knowing.

The field is not silent.
It just speaks in motions first.
