On the A-side Echonomist signs a beautiful track which shows all Petros skills and musical taste melting groove, emotion and atmosphere in this amazing cut that magically combined with the silky voice of Mz Sunday Luv offers us one of the best tracks ever release here on BAF. As remixers of “Obstacles” we’re proud to introduce the well-know duo Pol_On (Connaisseur/Systematic) which focus on the essential elements delivering a fantastic deep-house killer that you’ll be looking forward to play. In the new edition of Uxoa Dutxa Elite the boss Di Rugerio is back presenting his new sonorous material called Aeternis in conjunction with his new musical project Realm Of Chaos, likewise including two excellent remixes by the german Rauschhaus and the spanish Th Moy.

Aeternis is a deeply melodic theme, an arpeggio arises in sequence from the beginning adding new percussive elements and synthesizers that give support to the main melody that reaches the climax in the break with great emotion and that takes us to an abstract journey of thoughts about our ephemeral existence. 

Followed by the remix of Rauschhaus, leading off with an energetic and cheerful battery where synths are quickly merged in the background and with the original melody being reinterpreted more hypnotic and spatial maintaining the feeling and emotion in the break, a great track for the dance floor. 

And finally, Th Moy give us a real musical jewel starting up in a clean way with percussions, synthesizers and with a new and powerful melody in the bass with sounds taken from the Moog then the magic arises with the main melody but with ethereal sounds, in the first break a hypnotic arpeggio emerges and together with the battery and previous melodies the spanish musician raises us to a state of ecstasy until the second break resulting a sublime reinterpretation masterpiece.

German pair Stereo.type are back on Get Physical with another of their slick club offerings.
George and Bry are Berlin based but hail from the UK and Ireland. Their first ever music came on this label in 2013 and since then they have re-appeared on it a number of times, often with vocalist Felix Raphael who also guests on one of the tracks here.
That track is ‘Never Know’, an intriguing deep house cut that has melancholic chords laid over driving drums. Raphael’s vocals are intimate and heartfelt and the whole thing feels urgent and truly moving.
Then comes ‘Direction’, an equally pensive track thanks to the way the piano chords are layered up over the moody bass. Jittery percussion and cosmic pads then light up the grooves as you are carried away on a dreamy but direct vibe.
These are two more tasteful club cuts that leave an indelible mark.
