His early work as Muzique Tropique found favour with DJs as varied as Andy Weatherall, Dubfire, Roger Sanchez and Danny Tenaglia. In 1997 he set up the Glasgow Underground label, which would become a home to DJs including the likes of Claptone, Gerd, Dixon, Nice7, Alaia & Gallo, Dennis Cruz and many more!
