Discobolous is a passionate DJ, sound engineer, and visual artist whose career began in the early ’90s at a radio station in Athens, where his love for vinyl and sound first took root. With a background in live sound engineering and film, he spent years honing his skills in sound design, music production, and video editing, bringing a multidisciplinary approach to his creative work.

Deeply connected to the underground party scene, Discobolous has played a key role in creating independent venues and events with friends, drawn to the raw energy of warehouse parties and sophisticated bar settings alike. Today, he records around 90 DJ sets a year, blending fresh releases from across the genres he loves, and regularly performs at intimate bar and restaurant residencies, spreading positive, uplifting vibes.

While his track production has so far remained digital, Discobolous is currently developing his sound with analog synths at home, with plans to take his live performances to the stage when the moment is right. His journey reflects a lifelong dedication to sound, community, and the art of creating unforgettable musical experiences.

Please welcome Toronto-based trio Keys N Krates to Traxsource LIVE this week. Adam Tune, David Matisse, and Greg Dawson began as a live act known for flipping popular hip-hop and dance music, to now creating house music influenced by their early roots in RnB, tribal, disco and soul. In 2023 they released IN:TENSION, their third studio album which gained them some serious street cred in the house music community. Fast forward to today and they have now recently launched their own imprint Odd Soul Sounds leading things off with ‘RUAFREAK’ loaded with latin flavor & heavy drums. Valerio Vaudano is our special guest this week on Traxsource LIVE! Valerio has been active in the DJ scene since the early 2000s, and his passion for House music has evolved over the years, but he's always been rooted in deeper house grooves and textures while also drawing from minimal and Detroit techno. Valerio has his own imprint Steamy Pizza Box, which is and outlet for his 90’s Italo-house and classic Chicago sounds. He’s also releasing recently on Bang It!, and Cinthie’s 803 Crystal Grooves Collective Cuts. Today marks his debut though on Soulfuric Deep, with the EP ‘It’s Gonna Be Hot’ featuring 3 deep groovers that need to be in any underground DJ’s crate. The full EP is out now at Traxsource!
