THE INSIDE STORY 
Matthew Griffiths is an athletic trainer and education provider in the fields of wellness and sports performance.
Griffiths has presented his ideas in over 25 countries at events such as Asia Fit, Ihrsa, and Filex. In addition, he has been consulting with the Swedish Olympic Committee, Redbull F1 and companies such as KIA motors, Shell, SAS, and Sony Europe.

Matthew began as a Master Trainer for the SPINNIG program in the 90*s, contributing to the global sucess, this led to Matthew working as a global Master trainer for Nautilus strength, During this period he helped lauch programs and concepts such as Bowflex europe, RiPP strength and Schwinn functional strength.

Currenlty he is an ambassador for UNDER ARMOUR, GARMIN and an R&D partner at the Swedish independent gym equipment company OAK Equipment.

Matthew has previously worked as a global teacher trainer for SPINNING, Nautilus strength education, SCHWINN Fitness and as a European educational manager for Bowflex.

Current positions for 2024:

-Head physical coach and wellness advisor at the Gothenburg Opera Dance Company, Sweden.

-Personal trainer at Naprapatlandslaget, Gothenburg, Sweden.

-Teacher trainer at Improve educations.

Matthew has written and co-written over 30 manuals and been referenced in several books and publications such as ELLE, MensHealth, GQ, SHAPE magazine, Esquire, Vogue, and Women’s health.
