Matt Easton - Everyday's A Day

I started playing drums when I was 6 years old and have always had an ear for music. I got my musical talents from my mom who has very dynamic vocals and can sing exceptionally. During my sophomore year in high school I freestyled for some friends and they suggested I take music up full time. I then became inspired by everyday things and rapping soon became a way of venting issues that arose. I have already performed at over 5 different venues. I am currently working on a new project that is set to be released this fall. After this project I plan to start collaborating and continue to do shows all along the east coast. If I could perform with anyone it would be Machine Gun Kelly (MGK) or Kid Ink because they are upcoming artists that give it their all on stage and are energetic performers. I see the hip hop industry moving away from its roots and becoming more of a bogus popularity contest where only the artists who sell out make it to the top. I am not sure where the industry will be in 5 years but I plan on being a part of it and helping to form it into something people can relate to.
