"Token is 5 years old. I never planned to do anything special for this occasion. However, when I received these 2 new tracks from Phase, all just fell into place. This release pretty much sums up what Token stands for since day one. Both tracks are fierce pieces of relentless yet deep techno, in-your-face yet very subtle rhythms, all credited to Phase's detailed drum programming, keen sense of atmospherics &amp; sound processing.

What else.. Except for the fact we flipped the graphic design a bit, we can tell you 2012 is going to be a busy year for Token.
There's a lot of exciting music floating around we definitely want to share with you soon, not just the usual suspects but also some new signings.

Warehouses, strip clubs, art gallery’s and photographic studios have been transformed with many of the true disc jockeys in electronic music joining Alex & Andy to push the boundaries.

A sound has emerged, cross genre, with a heavy leaning on sleaze, elitist house and romantic techno to create a pornographic energy.
