Tray Millz was born in, Detroit, Michigan, but spent his formative years in Bessemer, Alabama. Where he honed his skill as an MC. Combining Midwest lyricism with Southern Swag  and West Coast Influences , such as Snoop Dogg, Warren G, and Dj Quik. Tray Millz has a universal approach when it comes to crafting his sound. Many have compared  Tray to early era Kanye West , and  Devin The Dude  with his everyman perspective.
