During my adolescence in the 1980s, I was passionate about music and was deeply involved in the hardcore punk rock scene. I was a member of some well-known hardcore bands such as Corporate Whores and Useless Pieces of Shit. Our music was loud, aggressive and fueled by youthful rebellion. We played gigs in small venues around town and gained a loyal following of fans who shared our passion for this raw and energetic style of music.
But as I grew older, my taste in music evolved and I began to explore different genres and styles. I wanted to create my own music and express my thoughts and emotions through my art. So, I purchased an old 4-track cassette machine from a friend and began recording my own music. I experimented with different sounds and techniques, and slowly but surely, I started to find my own unique style.
In the early 2000s, with the advent of digital technology, I established a digital studio and started releasing music using the moniker Art Vandal Music. My music was a fusion of different genres, including punk rock, electronic, and experimental music. I was inspired by artists such as Neu, the Residents, Nash the Slash, and Brain Eno, and their influence can be heard in my music.
Over the years, I have released several albums and EPs, collaborating with other musicians and artists along the way. My music has been featured in independent films, video games, and art installations. I feel proud to have created something that resonates with people and allows me to express myself creatively.
In conclusion, my journey into the world of music has been a long and exciting one, and I am grateful for every experience and opportunity that has come my way. From my humble beginnings in the hardcore punk scene to establishing my own digital studio and releasing music under my own moniker, I have found my own voice and created something meaningful and unique.
