This album captures the transition I have gone through over the past two years, essentially leaving college and entering the 'real world', and the drive to maintain an inspired life within the transition.  It is a conceptual album that loosely follows the progression of a day and the variety of thoughts, experiences, and emotions that may occur throughout it.

This is truly a solo project.  I composed, wrote, recorded, mixed, and mastered the album entirely on my own (except for Xavier and Naimi who allowed me to incorporate their talents).  I am thankful to everyone who has inspired me, past and present, to continue following my inspirations.  If you enjoy it, please play it for others.

Uniquely innovative, Qball (Dr. Q) is producing music that transcends boundaries and shatters conventional norms.  A modern manifestation of hiphop that is uplifting and dynamic.

Dr Q. is a Cincinnati born MC/Producer/Scientist.  After casually producing music for years he arrived in Huntsville, Alabama in 2014 where he began focusing on his craft and released his first self produced album Transition in 2016.  During production of the Transition album, Q was involved in building the HipHop scene in the Rocket City. He established the HipHop trio, Complex Flavor who's 6 track EP Elements exploded onto the scene in 2017 and was regionally acclaimed for its loyalty to HipHop culture.  In March 2018 Dr Q released his second self produced album 'Errant MC', a showcase of his artistic style.  His lead single "GoodFight" featuring Huntsville artists Raymond Williams and Kgz scored radio play in the Rocket City and was featured on a best of record compiled by the WLRH Huntsville 'Local Aliens 3'.
