The Miyagi Headband Mix is an unrehearsed, regularly updated mix series from Castleford, Yorkshire, UK. There is no planning,unlike the day job. Its done on the fly if it carries a chapter number 

Each mix depends which way the wind blows that day and mixes are done on the fly using gut reactions and the ways of the force. The Miyagi Headband does not let perfection be the enemy of the good.  Expensive equipment is not used. This is a hobby not a career so it ain’t perfect! - its my escape.
