The Hempolics’ latest single, “Rockin N Sway” backed with “Wicked World”, showcases the latest pair of tracks in a series of compelling singles ahead of the eclectic South East London-based collective’s upcoming album, which follows in October. 

Early support for their new music so far this Summer has come from Rodigan (BBC 1Xtra), Gideon Coe (BBC 6 Music) and beyond, continuing the band’s previous momentum which includes being championed on BBC 6 Music with Playlist additions and live sessions. 

Released under the banner of The Hempolics' homegrown label, ZeeZee Records, this two-tracker offers a glimpse into the forthcoming album, "KCT 3", on which fans can expect an eclectic mix of sounds and stories of modern Britain, pushing the boundaries of contemporary Reggae music.

The AA release also continues in the band's tradition of offering up a killer atmospheric dub version of each track alongside the originals.

The lead track here, “Rockin N’ Sway” is a summer anthem that captures the essence of The Hempolics, laced with an infectious rhythm and Shumba Youth's spirited delivery. The lyrics, penned by Shumba Youth, weave a narrative of resilience, celebration, and consciousness. The first verse encourages taking chances and standing strong against adversity, emphasizing the importance of community and staying true to oneself. American Psychedelic Reggae act, TreeHouse! performs hundreds of shows a year, sharing stages with 311, Steel Pulse, SOJA, Pepper, Dirty Heads, The Wailers, Stick Figure and more, as well as spreading their positive message to thousands of receptive fans.

Forming in Myrtle Beach SC in 2010, the band embraces every show as a unique jam, often with several different special guests sitting in on horns, keys, bass, guitar, vocals, percussion and more, as well as incorporating live painters and fire/flow artists.

The TreeHouse! single, "Blessings" was picked by Stephen Marley and Ky-Mani Marley as one of the top 10 songs out of hundreds of contestants in the Marley's Music Uprising, because they felt this song exemplified the spirit of Bob Marley.

TreeHouse has released three official studio albums, "Growth" (2013), "Lifted" (2015), and “Full Immersion” (2020) with another on the way, thousands of fans and growing, and solid touring across the US.
