DJ Slipstream discovered the club/rave scene at the age of 21. Never before had he experienced a social phenomenon promoting such unity and understanding through music.
Soon afterward, through the tutelage of DJ Nugz, Slipstream began his DJ career with a booking at Gotham Nightclub in Chapel Hill, NC. Over the years, he has delighted crowds with inspiring, well-crafted sets. He has taking patrons on a progressive sonic journey through soundscapes that have left them begging for more. He has played at events with renowned artists, such as Jeffee, Dara, Odi, Pollen, DJ Dan, Max Graham, Icey, Micro, Mathematics, LTJ Bukem, MC Conrad, Nookie and Makoto.

★  Born 1984, Dj & Producer from Paris. Brice aka Treex is involved into Drum & Bass scene for more than 10 years, organizing events and appearing in several french clubs playing alongside Satl, Hybrid Minds, Frankee, Skeptical, State-Of-Mind, EZRollers, Original Sin, Bailey, Humanature, DNB france crew...

In 2011 he begins to produce Liquid Drum & Bass cause he feels at ease with this musical genre as he can mix all his musical influences together, from US Soul to 70's Funk & Jazz and also a touch of abstract hip-hop! 

Since then he has released tracks on several labels starting with Totaal Rez records (FR) then Liquid Tones and now some of the most important liquid-dnb labels like Soul Deep (his home-label since 2013) and Offworld.  He was also behind the "LIQUIDZ-SPIRIT" Partys and Podcasts helping the liquid scene growing in France (2016-2022).

★ Bio (French) : Né en 1984 et installé à Paris, Brice aka Treex est un membre actif de la scène Drum & Bass depuis plus de 10 ans. On l’a aperçu au coté de nombreux crews comme Amplitude (77), EN2, Exploration, Forever DNB, Kosmo, Wobo et DNB France.

Au départ influencé par la techno et les ambiances froides et industrielles du neurofunk qu'il mixait en free, il se met à la production en 2011 et choisit plutot la Liquid DNB pour s’exprimer. Il peut ainsi piocher dans sa culture musicale sans borne entre Soul, Funk 70's et Jazz!

Depuis il a sortit des tracks sur plusieurs labels, à commencer par Totaal Rez pour ensuite sortir plusieurs EP remarqués par quelques grands noms de la DNB comme LTJ Bukem, John B, Intelligent Manners ou encore Technimatic. Soul Deep est son label de prédilection depuis 2013, une évolution musicale bien méritée qui ne compte pas s’arrêter la, avec notamment la sortie d'un EP sur Offworld et des morceaux présents sur plusieurs compil 'French-Plates' par DNB France.

Plus récemment Il a créé le crew 'LIQUIDZ SPIRIT'(actif sur Paris entre 2016 et 2022) visant à faire connaitre la liquid DNB à un plus grand nombre, au coté de ses compères Mossa, Induktiv et HAX.
