But a journey is more than just the music. It's about how it makes you feel and transports you to new, undiscovered territories. It's about the DJ who guides you through this sonic odyssey, taking you on a voyage of sound that leads you through uncharted landscapes.
With every beat and every drop, the DJ delves deeper into your consciousness, awakening primal emotions and unlocking new levels of awareness. You find yourself lost in the music, transported to another time and place where the boundaries of reality and fantasy blur together.
The power of Deep and Hypnotic Techno is undeniable. It calls for something deep within us, stirring our most primal expressions and allowing us to elevate ourselves beyond the limits of our mundane existence. It is a journey of the mind, body, and soul, where time itself seems to slow down, and the possibilities are endless.
As you surrender to the music, you realise this journey is not just about the destination. It's about the experiences along the way, the people you meet, the emotions you feel, and the memories you make. It's a journey you'll never forget that will stay with you long after the last beat has faded.

Bio/
Glasgow-based Fernie has been immersing himself in the local scene since 2002, taking influences from the city's many techno stalwarts, holding residences at several vital venues that allow him to hone his style over the years.
He provides deep and driving hypnotic sets full of energy and soaring pads. This same ethos is relayed through his productions, which have seen release across a wide selection of respected labels.
Most recently, he continues to develop his own Space Textures imprint, facilitating the release of some of the finest atmospheric techno on offer. He also works with the influential Norway-based Monument group to deliver podcasts and streams from global artists.

Who: Yiørg/Roger Smint /Yiørch (Jorge Pérez) from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. A music lover since the age of 7 (without even realizing it)...turned into a music selector and seducer.
His artistic vision plays with sets full of Jazz in almost all its styles: Bebop, Hard Pop, Jazz fusion from Rock, Latin, Classic, Free, Contemporary, Noir and Experimental, merged with a wide range of electronic music genres such as Ambient, Experimental, Electro Acoustic, Noir, Noise, World Music, to create landscapes and atmospheres full of improvisation and to transmit stories through music.

Who : Simone Giovannetti & Ela Casella. Simone is a DJ and producer born in Terni, Italy. Inspired by Umbria’s landscape, he evokes an ancient and mystical vibe, while maintaining a deep communion with the forces of nature.
E L A is an Argentinian DJ from Buenos Aires who currently resides in Milan. In recent years, E L A has contributed beautiful recordings to several labels and collectives, including Rinse France and Radio Raheem. From start to finish, she weaves together slow techno pieces with ambient soundscapes and subtle rhythms that are filled with surprising changes.

For this set we tried to stay in between deep hypnotic sound, infused with idm, and bass driven tunes, going back and forth between straight 4/4 kicks and syncopated ones.
Lately got bored really easly from all 4/4 sets and find hard to create a connection with the music with all breaks sets because we can't dance how we'd like to, so for me the solution is to try to find an healthy balance between straight 4/4 and breaks in order to get the best from both styles. Simone also played some unreleased from a friend and himself and was super fun to see people dance to our new music!
We really enjoyed to play at perpendicular, was like a family gathering but for music heads

Get ready for an extraordinary podcast this month as we welcome Pattrn! 
With this set he has the ability to transport us into a mesmerizing and relaxed state, the perfect escape for a lazy afternoon chill. The artful interplay of slowly moving textures and ambient sounds creates an immersive experience, as if we are floating amidst the clouds in a serene sky. The music's gentle bounce delicately guides us into a sensually soothing mood, captivating our senses and calming our souls.


Sonic experiments derived from syncopated rhythms, intricately crafted ambiences, and patiently evolving textures, Pattrn’s work as a producer is rooted to the perception of time and space. Playing violin since the age of four and later on majoring in both acousmatic music composition and sound engineering, Pattrn’s precision is the fruit of a lifelong dedication to music of all forms, from creation in itself or through his implications in Brussels’ scene. 

Beyond the years of technical know-how and self improvement in production, DJing, and live sets,  Brice Deloose aka Pattrn has been an active member of the local scene for quite some time. Cocreator of FTRSND, Brussels By Night Federation, Initiate, as well as having been the artistic director of Fuse club, Pattrn has spent much of his time promoting local artists and collectives to push forward Brussels' underground. 

Having shared the decks with the likes of Luke Slater, Luigi Tozzi, Claudio PRC, Kangding Ray, Svreca, and many more, Pattrn uses his sets to impose his world of seamless hypnotic music to lure passionates for always one last dance.

In 2023, a new private space opened in Madrid, Spain with the intention of becoming a meeting point for the pure enjoyment of underground music. Espacio Perpendicular will be broadcasting some of the many recordings taken from the venue as well as hosting live events in the future for our collective listening pleasure, here on 9128.live.

This time we have and ambient and electronic session that "La extraña Pareja" recorded a few nights ago in our space. "La extraña Pareja" is a project developed by our beloved Doozer and Alberto Iniesta when they come together to play records.
As always, starting from the day after the broadcast, you will be able to enjoy the sessions on our SoundCloud playlist. The flyer design, as always, is the work of the talented Javier Marimon.
