Just got into making music and using it as a way to share the things in my head and also the stuff that has helped me so much with my mental health 

I trying to make a career and a life out of this knowledge and am currently writing a book and also setting up free workshops that share the basics of mental health nutrition that make a massive difference

I have really enjoyed making music and am writing a lot at the moment and its like a dam has burst 

I want to put my knowledge into music also and make tracks about the best parts of what I know and spread the word all around the world with my rap

This is my mission now and before I thought I had no life anymore and I was fucked and mad forever but now I have sorted the food im the best version of myself I have ever been and getting shit done

still a bit mad like but its cool and i prefer it in this fucked up world

I was in a bad way and got lucky and found mental nutrition which saved me and helped me climb out of a dark hole and now I want to share what I learnt

I tried to get the NHS to put on a workshop near me and ever since then I started to realise that they are controlled by big pharma and actually poiuson us with food on purpose so they can sell more pills and also making us easier to control.

They actually have the foods that make me worse on lists of foods you should eat consistently (grains and gluten foods) and I have told them about this in complaints and they dont want to know and want to get rid of me as politely as possible and have no interest in sharing what is beneficial for the patients health and true healing 

Also they have treated my like crap ever since I started with the mental health nutrition path and my treatment has suffered, they took me off waiting list for psychologist and then lied saying i was never on one and now seem to only want to try and trigger me as much as possible by fucking with my head and winding me up forcing me to put in complaints and taking my energy away from my path 

I am now in the process of setting up a CIC that puts on workshops that teach people the stuff that helps me so much just suggesting people give it a try and see if it helps them as much as it has helped me and give people a chance to have a life again

I have no life now except for this and when I went bad I went truly dark and removed everyone from my life and am now alone and can give all my time to spreading this word and trying to do something good and be heard, noticed and make a life and career for myself.  If I can make some dough while helping save the world then why not! 

I feel so watched and the agenda against me is obvious and they no longer care what I know and its only about what I can prove and me and the NHS have a very mutual hatred and there's is well deserved as since my diagnosis they have by far been the biggest problem in my recovery and even stopped my medication in south wales for about 6 months and I totally lost it, kept getting arrested for pubic disorder and drunk and disorderly with a combined effort from the doctors and the police to fuck me over and I went dark and ended up in prison on remand for a month for carrying a blade and this was after presenting myself at the hospital a n e many times begging for medication or to be sectioned and being turned away

This is just one of many incidents and I have ran out of the number of complaints I have had to put in 

The complaints procedure is a joke and you can only look at one complaint over the last year so for me this does not cover the campaign of gaslighting I have had against me all along and I am very much considering legal action and putting a charge of gaslighting against them for a consistent campaign of fucking with my head and pushing my buttons

They are my only issue and I have no other worries in my life currently and its all about THEM evil fucks and big pharma being their pimp 

I have thought about what I am doing and poking the hornets nest and they will want me dead but fuck em, come and kill me you fucks and this shit will go viral quick and my work will be done. 

I would never ever kill myself as life has far to many paths and options for renewal and I like this life when you take the rats out of it 

but 

if I ever did it would be a parachute jump, so if I ever turn up as a suicide it was them rats and not me and spread the word

Now I want to spread the word
