The Ready Stance is a Cincinnati band that’s rapidly gaining national attention. Their debut release, Damndest, garnered high praise in various US and UK magazines and appeared on several ‘Best of ‘ lists in 2012  The band is currently at work on their highly anticipated second album while playing live dates with Wussy, Cracker and other national acts, as well as various summer festivals.
 
The Ready Stance pairs local veterans from Ass Ponys and Middlemarch with dynamic frontman Chase Johnston to make accessible, guitar-fueled, rock with an emphasis on songwriting and storytelling.
