Rawa Club estrena BLACK RIDDIMS VOL 2 un nuevo trabajo del Bigote, productor, DJ y artista multidisciplinar y cofundador de Caballito Netlabel, sello afincado en Granada y uno de los más activos del panorama español en estos últimos años.

En este trabajo Bigote nos regala 5 tracks pensados para la pista de baile donde no faltan los ritmos del funk brasileño, el dembow o el hard drum además de estar cargados con percusiones tajantes, bajos profundos y melodías misteriosas. Además en Cuerno cuenta con la colaboración de Eurowitch.

BODYLEPSIS is a compilation album in response to austerity, tories and anti-rave bills. It is Rave as-Protest, a visceral expression of disdain for the current political climate, outrage through noise, a poetic communal uproar; a strong artistic recording of our current cultural landscape. It demands a hijack of spaces and ourselves to recentre the people at the heart of hardcore. It's an outline of our ethos: anti-corporation and anti-copshavinglimbs.

This release figures rave as ritual, as a form of protest; losing yourself in the rave is the dissolution of the body as encumbrance, world, and prison that protest aims to produce, a rave is a riot. The rave is inexorably a reaction to material conditions, contemporary politics of space, expression, atomic collision of subversive noise pollution and the sanitised, enforced sonic landscape of the capitalist metropolis, a space figuring the dancefloor as a space, of not an escape from; but confrontation with, suffering, in pursuit of not some abstract catharsis but material change, a soundclash against suffering.

All profits go to The Outside Project charity.

Rawa Club (@rawaclub ) presenta su primer EP del año a cargo de Lukrø (@lukr0), productor & DJ multi-género peruanx con base en CDMX y co-fundador/director del sello Matraca.

En este EP colaborativo Lukrø nos presenta dos featurings, el primer track y el que podremos escuchar en esta premiere es 'Picosa' con el productor venezolano Data High (@joniforest ) y el segundo con el mexicano El Chico Callado, uno de los principales exponentes del resurgimiento del tribal guarachero en México.

Además el EP se completa con dos remixes, uno con autoría de SEWA (@sewayootu ), productora, sound designer y multi-instrumentista basada en Austin, Texas quien a través de sus producciones busca incorporar su herencia yaqui a sus producciones de "cyber tribal". El ultimo remix a cargo de Gj Leith (@user-797925826 ), productora, DJ, cantante y escritora originaria de Marruecos y establecida actualmente en Marrakech y aborda géneros de las periferias globales como el footwork, baile funk, dancehall o shatta, entre otros, fusionándolos con la música de su país.
