Over the past eighteen months, Max Styler has skyrocketed from rising star status to become one of the most talked-about names in modern house music. With a slew of Beatport #1s, top-tier support from BBC Radio 1 and Capital Dance, and a mammoth 40-show world tour hitting every major stage from Coachella to Tomorrowland, the California-born producer continues a remarkable run of form with his biggest year yet, now unveiling his debut release on Patrick Topping’s Trick label.

Lead track ‘Need You Tonight’ is a mainstage weapon – a whirlwind of turbo-charged synths and bass hits collide with explosive drum fills and anthemic vocal samples built for peak-time euphoria. On the flip, ‘Let Go’ takes a darker turn as Styler taps Chicago-based talent and 5150 label head Ōsé for a raw, acid-soaked workout. Warped FX and propulsive percussion come together in warehouse-shattering fashion while ominous vocals tear through the mix like a fervent call to the dancefloor.

Trick is an acclaimed dance music label and event brand owned and curated by global dance music icon, Patrick Topping.

The Newcastle native launched Trick in 2019 as a platform to spot and champion emerging artists, both in the studio and behind the decks. Since then, Trick has become one of the scene's most popular underground dance music event brands and record labels, launching the careers of some of the UK's biggest ticket-sellers and creating a cult fan following along the way.

As a record label, Trick is set to his 100 releases in 2024 and has given an outlet to many new signings who have since become some of the fastest-rising stars in the UK, such as Ben Hemsley, Hannah Laing and Ewan McVicar, who delivered platinum-certified “Tell Me Something Good” along the way. 

Trick's loyal fanbase has become one of the most passionate communities in dance music, with fans sporting Trick's signature lightning bolt on merchandise and tattoos at events throughout the UK and beyond. From completing a 9-date residency in 2022 at Ibiza's legendary DC10, to hosting a stage at EDC Orlando 2022, to attracting 10,000 ravers to The Warehouse Project in Manchester and bringing thousands to an Australian Debut in Melbourne in 2023. Then there is the Trick Weekenders, Budapest in 2022 and Tenerife in 2023. These events both saw 2,500 Trick Troops holiday and party together abroad, with Trick Tenerife this year set to double in size.

In 2024 Patrick is set to give back to his roots, bringing legions of fans to his hometown of Newcastle this summer 2024 with the launch of Trick Fest. Trick will also return to Ibiza, hosting a four-date residency in Hï’s Theatre on Wednesdays.

Tim Kollberg is a german Techno Producer, born 1994 in Düsseldorf. Since 2010 he finds his passion for electronic music. One dance in a club with his friends, he develops suddenly his dream to play as a dj in clubs and stages in his hometown and in abroad. He was so fascinated by dancing peoples, the vibes and the atmosphere. During this time, he wants to learn how to be a DJ and builds step up his first dj skills in his homestudio until he could he testing it in little clubs until he notices some successes.

He builds up with his first music community, called Nightlight Sessions, and party series "Secret Day Open Air" his cornerstone to contact intensive with local djs and dj headliners like T78 (Autotune Records), Metodi Hristov (Set About), DirtySoxXx (Funk´n Deep Records) and many more to be closer at his dream to involve as a great dj/producer in the music scene. 

Many Parties in Düsseldorf, Francfurt and Hamburg follows. Always with one target to pair people up to one place with one passion „electronic music. 

Slowly he becames a name with past years and dedicated his passion to play/produce tracks on festival, parties and labels.
