Over two decades ago, Roland Leesker would play and produce with artists that are legends today. Slaving away with Ricardo Villalobos in his living room, creating loops with John Selway at New York´s Satellite basement, working as a light jockey for Joe Jam and Marc Spoon, cooking the heat together with Cajmere and ATA at the Wild Pitch Club, or running various record shops around the globe. Since then, he’s invested much of his time, knowledge, heart and soul into electronic music to further the scene and support the art. Now, he’s returned to the studio with his production partner Philipp Maier also known as Santé to bring you a new instant classic, ‘My Warehouse’

In a way, you could say ‘My Warehouse’ has been in the making for 25 years. In that time Roland Leesker has studied the music, gathering inspiration from the sounds, people and experiences along the way and putting them all together to create his perfect sound. ‘My Warehouse’ is a bass-laden House killer, with intense kicks and a gritty, in-your-face bassline.

The first exclusive vinyl release will feature remixes from friends he met along the 25 year journey; techno-prince Chris Liebing delivers an edit of Cardopusher´s sexy remix, as well as the original. Remixes from M.A.N.D.Y. and DJ T. are currently underway and expected soon.

Quickly getting into the thick of the action for the new year, Clarisse welcome the dancefloor don of Dos Hermanas, Juan Carlos Cruz Lopez aka Wade. The Spaniard has a diary already brimming with global dates for 2016, with spots at Sankey’s Tribal Sessions in Manchester and this year’s Miami Winter Music Conference at the top of the list. Wade’s down-low throbs have peppered Beatport’s top 100 with the labels Lost Records and Suara (see the Eminem-sampling ‘Collapsed Jam’) among his stops en route, and have racked up recognition from Richie Hawtin, Loco Dice, Luciano and Davide Squillace.

Where push comes to shove and your bar-side stool needs evacuating, ‘Retrojack’ is laden with bumpy, bubble-bursting beats moving to the image of bricks in a washing machine rebounding off a trampoline. Making bodies crunch and lunge, plenty of rap riffin’ spices up the party further with old skool hip-house in mind covering both the block and beach house, and there’s never gonna be anything wrong with a breakdown that winds up and sounds off an air-raid siren before starting all over.

Lowering the weight of the kick drum takes the cunning funkiness of ‘Spined’ to a temple of tribal house. With Wade showing he’s very much for letting the tempo and tempo alone do all the talking, ‘Spined’ would be a dancefloor dominator spoken of with hushed reverence were it not spluttered over by a massive rave hoover and ringing synths going heavy on the panic button. A quicker-stepping marching band you couldn’t wish for, with Wade’s orchestrating a left-right-left sequence like a big bad wolf that’ll quickly have you throwing off winter hats and gloves.

Premiere: Waze & Odyssey - Strobe Lights (Flash Lights)[VIVa Music]

One of the most exciting up and coming artists of recent times, Detlef makes his debut on the mighty Hot Creations with his ‘Kinky Tail EP’ featuring three jacking bombs plotting a riot on the dancefloor. After recenly appearing on our podcast you will know his production career thus far tends to veer in the direction of the dancefloor and having seriously impressed with releases on the likes of release music on respected labels such as Be As One, Material Series and VIVa MUSiC we had high hopes that his mix for us would be crafted on a similarly sumptuous tip.

Greece native Detlef labelled the ’Kinky Tail’ release "a mythical monster that has been hiding in my studio for a long time. The tracks in this EP revolve around kinky basslines with short musical interludes which combine to keep an underground feel and work great on the dancefloor too.”

We premiere the lead track of the EP "Kinky Tail" below, Detlef is definitely one to keep an eye on.

We're delighted to welcome one of the most exciting new prospects on the UK underground house scene to our flagship label.

Max Chapman burst onto the scene less than three years ago with a string of quality releases on highly respected imprints such as Elrow, Snatch, Viva and Lost. With a huge overall Beatport #1 under his belt last year in 'Body Jack', 2017 is shaping up to be his biggest, most successful year to date - and this EP is seriously large.

He locks horns with up and coming maestro George Smeddles here for a 2 tracker that ticks all the boxes for a solid underground cut. Young Irish-producer Rebūke continues his rapid ascent to the top with two original productions on Hot Creations, primed and ready for the dancefloor.

Rebūke recalls being worried that Along Came Polly may have been perceived as being “a bit too weird”, but once it caught the attention of Jamie Jones, there was no stopping it. He says that the hype surrounding this EP “is something I’ve never experienced before...and it always get a great reaction”.

On Along Came Polly, Rebūke showcases his innate ability to craft a weirdly, wonderful slice of techno. On the B-side, Rolo is a much housier affair, weaving together a bouncier bassline and sultry vocal stab.

The alias of Reuben Keeney, Rebūke, has only been in business for a short while, but his efforts have already proved to be fruitful. He has garnered support from the likes of Nic Fanciulli and released on labels including Saved and DFTD, as well as having a successful club night under his belt, where highly regarded names such as Camelphat, Darius Syrossian, Ejeca and Huxley have all played.

Following on from last year’s Bump It EP, Sammy W Tobus join musical
forces once again, this time with a fiery three-part offering for Hot Creations.
Acid Terrace opens the EP - a rumbling roller that cuts a fierce groove
complimented by intriguing vocal samples. Shake It plunges in full power with its
heavy-hitting bassline and rhythmic beat. Closing the package, Jam Tight is a funky
number that chops and blends vocals alongside pads, adding classic house
elements that create a solid, dancefloor burner.

The pairing of Sammy W & Tobus first came to our attention back in 2011. Their
fresh approach to DJ sets has garnered support from some of the scene’s top DJs.
They seamlessly blend and blur the lines between genres, creating their own sound
using elements of tech-house, funk and hip-hop. They’ve released music on 8bit,
Repopulate Mars, Roush, Mr. Nice Guy, Brock Wild, as well as running their own
labels Tobus X and Tobus Limited.

German duo Raumakustik are next up on Hot Creations with Animal / Waves, a stunning two track release that features a re-edit from label frontman Jamie Jones.

Animal starts proceedings, as a bouncing reverberating kick gives way to a synth-filled build up. An echoing vocal sample states “acid feel”, before hitting once again with a choppy, swinging bassline. Next up, Jamie Jones delivers a re-edit of Waves, featuring tinny hi-hats, hollow pops and a bouncing arcade build up that is guaranteed to cause a stir on any dancefloor.

Having released their Raider EP on sub-label Hot Trax and Dem A Pree on Emerald City, Raumakustik make their first appearance on Hot Creations. Respected producers in the house and techno scenes, they have also released on the likes of Suara, Toolroom and Microtonal Records. Jamie Jones is someone who needs little introduction. Founder of Hot Creations as well as the Paradise event series, there are few feats left for the Welshman to conquer. Countless esteemed releases coupled with a passion-lead vision have seen Jones become a true master of his craft.

Trick's loyal fanbase has become one of the most passionate communities in dance music, with fans sporting Trick's signature lightning bolt on merchandise and tattoos at events throughout the UK and beyond. From completing a 9-date residency in 2022 at Ibiza's legendary DC10, to hosting a stage at EDC Orlando 2022, to attracting 10,000 ravers to The Warehouse Project in Manchester and bringing thousands to an Australian Debut in Melbourne in 2023. Then there is the Trick Weekenders, Budapest in 2022 and Tenerife in 2023.
