Hear we go for another episode The Valkyrie's scroll 📜 inspired through the God Of War Game Series, this set was performed at Darkadia Gathering big thanks to the guys behind this beautiful gathering, the line up full of great Mauritian artist of the electronic & psychedelic scene and specially the beautiful crow full of energy.

Gunnr (alternatively guðr) is an Old Norse term meaning "battle". It is the name of a valkyrie in Norse mythology, and was also used as a feminine given name. The modern forms Gun and Gunn remain in use as a feminine given name in Scandinavia. The word is from Proto-Germanic gunþiz, which is a common element of Germanic names not only in North but also in West Germanic, as second element especially frequent in feminine names (as in Hildegund), as first element also in masculine names (as in Gunther).

In legend, Gunnr is the Mistress of War. She would appear during the aftermath of any conflict, big or small, as the first to arrive and search for worthy souls for a trip to Vahalla. It was considered a gruesome task but she did it with pride. Her judgement of the fallen was unparallaled and an invaluable resource to Odin, thus making her one of his favorites.

Gunnr's armour design is based on a crow.

The earliest attestation of the name is on the Rök Stone where it occurs as part of a kenning for wolf:

Þat sagum tvalfta, hvar hæstʀ se Gunnaʀ etu vettvangi a, kunungaʀ tvaiʀ tigiʀ svað a liggia.
"I say this the twelfth, where the horse of Gunnr sees fodder on the battlefield, where twenty kings lie."

Saturday's guest on radiOzora's conversation series is PAN PAPASON, who is one of the witnesses and residents of the middle 90s Goan trance scene. As a still active producer he's also presenting an exclusive set for radiOzora listeners called 'The Wizard of OZ'ora'. Tune in on 22nd March 2014 Saturday 8pm CET on the Chill channel.

Pan Papason is no stranger in the Trance world, Djing since 1993 as he started in London where Trance was being blooming at that time.From DJing for the TIP crew birthday parties, went on to Goa to create his weekly Legendary SEA BREEZE event and by 1996 he was DJing internationally on a standard basis. He has Djed under the Flags of Matsuri Recs (95-97), Dragonfly Recs (98-00) and Etnicanet Recs (00-...06), he has also been part of Spun Recs, OTMM and Harmonia Recs during 2004 and 2011. Currently he is the main Artist of his own label "Panmusic Records". He has been the only DJ who performed at almost all Total Eclipse events in places like: Chile, India, Venezuela, Madagascar, Rapa Nui, South Africa Tunisia, Turkey and Romania and he is a pioneer on Eclipse Events. He has successfully sparked the scenes in Brazil (Bahia 1994) and Mexico (Valle De Bravo&DF 1998) where both countries are now leading figures in the Trance world.He has appeared on a vast number of festivals and big events where some of his highlights are: VooV, Optical Matrix, Samothraki DF, Celebra Brasil,Full Moon, Happy Festival, Zambujeira, South Africa 2000, Marakame, 3D Illusions, Universo Paralello, Oxygen, Insane, Psymind, Carnival Tropaloka and Optimus (50000 people). He has performed at Eden, Amnesia and Privilege (Biggest Club in the world!) in Ibiza as well as Known Clubs in Mexico, Brazil and rest of Latin America, South&North Africa all over Europe, Russia and Asia. Pan Papason's style can vary from Psychedelic banging Trance and Progressive Trance through to Tech and Electro House. For years now his long hour sets made people travel in the dancefloor and him around the world. In these days sets are shorter but you will still find yourself traveling thru his unique story telling. A mature excitement combined with cerebral tickling and harmonic sensations. He's well known for getting everyone's hooves kicking up dust on the dancefloor. His versatility has brought him to mainstream events playing alongside acts such as Moby and Bjork. He has been rated as one of the Top Trance DJs of all times and has been recommended by the MUZIK magazine in London as the DJ to look out for. Also in Brazil he has been classified as one of the Top international DJs a number of times. He climbed the charts with the electro tune "Electrogirl" and got the "Top Release" Stamp on DJMAG and MIXMAG. Look out for all the compilations of his "Around The Globe" series like: "Ibiza 10am" / "Hollywood 4:20" / "Barcelona 1am" / "Tokyo 5am" / "Palenque 20:12" as all toped the charts with equal success. Since 2004 he lived in the Mecca of electronic Music Ibiza, where he spent also time in Barcelona between 2011 and 2013. PARADIGM presents SCULPTED SOUNDS. Based in Los Angeles, Paradigm is an ever present figure in the tapestry of the North American Psychedelic Trance scene. DJ, event organizer and label manager, his fingerprints dot the landscape that is US Psy. As a DJ, he is known for his detailed and surgical mixing style, a well curated taste of music and the ability to weave a story through a set regardless of style or time of day. Paradigm is a “DJ's DJ”. A rare slice of the old school that still believes in the "art of the mix" and the story telling journey aspect of a performance. Wearing his “promoter hat” as he calls it, Paradigm has been involved in many seminal moments throughout the past 20 years of the Western USA: free festival Gemini, Pulse SF and later Pulse California crew, the formation of Sculpted Sounds in Denver Colorado. Few can deny Paradigm’s drive and passion for the music and the community that surrounds it and truly his name fits him as a paradigm is defined as being the dominant example or model of something. This set titled "Encyclopedic Fusion" contains 100% tracks from Sculpted Sounds, a showcase of 100% in house music from the label's artists and various releases over the past few years. On a personal note I am quite fond of hearing other genre influences in my psytrance and the mix gives a little bit of a nod to breakbeats through out its run of what I like to call "intelligent full on".

Legend tells of a place where water meets land. Beneath the ebb and swell, a creature from the deep patrols dark waters surrounding a mythical isle rumoured to house the portal to Balojax; the place between places.

The subject of numerous quests and expeditions, it is said to harbour mysteries that have intrigued man since the dawn of time. The few that have drifted into it and have re-emerged, had insufficient language to describe their experiences and were dismissed as having lost their minds. 

With the old mariners tales passing into legend and original navigational charts lost to time, the location and route to this sacred realm has become all but lost. 

Until now. 

With the recent discovery of ancient cryptic writings in a cave system in South Africa, clues have been unearthed that hint at the location. A team has now been assembled to go back and trace the whereabouts of this lost island, now thought to be below sea level. Only now does it look certain that mankind will Return to Balojax.
