French Progressive wunderkid Matt Fax returns to Colorize for a second, immensely impressive EP hot from his recent 'Careless / Huntdown' release which saw the young producer pickup extensive praise & accolades from the dance music press.

Opening his new EP with 'Horizon' Matt Fax displays his increasingly loved depth and groove in abundance. Living up to it's mellow name, 'Horizon' which sees early support from Armin van Buuren, is a journey through smoothly flowing plucks & chords, chirpy bass and rising hi-hats. Exploring a more uplifting sound, but retaining Matt's uniquely layered style, 'Horizon' perfectly opens this release.

Tying off the EP with the techier 'Blimp' Matt reverts back to familiar territory in a uniquely aggressive, encompassing number filled with seamless FX, touches and groove throughout.

Proving once again why he's one of the most impressive talents in the scene at such a young age, Matt Fax is back with his infectious sound with 'Horizon / Blimp'.

For San Francisco up-and-coming trance DJ/Producer, Triode, music is much more than words could ever explain. Music serves as the cinematic backdrop to each of our stories, and as a DJ he sees it as his job to curate the perfect soundtrack to celebrate this amazing thing we call ‘life’. Whether it’s on the dancefloor, or in the studio producing his own beats - Triode’s takes his listeners for a ride, into a magical place where you become the hero of this musical journey.

Starting off as a punk drummer, Triode quickly developed an ear for rhythm and groove. After hearing Paul Van Dyk’s anthem ‘For An Angel’, he was quickly sold by the intensity of the genre, the sweeping arpeggiated melodies, and entrancing vocals. From that day onwards, he made a conscious decision to switch over to producing electronic music, and Triode was born.

10 years later and he is still kicking on strong, getting ravers lost in the music as he DJs from venue to venue across the country. Inspired by the likes of Armin Van Buuren, Jerome Isma-Ae and Andrew Bayer, his DJ sets are often referred to as being ‘unforgettably cosmic’; and can be likened to an intergalactic experience capable of launching listeners into the stars.

As a busy man inside the studio and on the stage, Triode won the grand prize for Celine Dion’s “Loved Me Back To Life” remix contest in 2013 and Super8 & Tab's "Falling Into You" remix contest in 2017 being released on Armada Music. As he meticulously refines his craft, Triode has plans to release his music into the world very soon. Stay tuned for what’s in store because it might just blow your mind.
