Mindful Life Project is an educational nonprofit that empowers over 40,000 students in low-income schools each week through mindfulness based social emotional learning! We weave in mindfulness with other healing modalities including performing arts, with specific focus on mindful hip-hop that our youth and our team use to reinforce our mindfulness lessons. Each year we come out with a Mindful Life album where we remix well known songs into songs about mindfulness! Enjoy!
