a. I'm not good in taking care of things in general so I'm happy seeing my white sony srsx3 bluetooth speakers being still alive after 15+ years.

q. are you working on any projects right now (music or not music)?
a. together with a friend im managing Ócio, a bar with a basement dancefloor and space for exhibitions next to mercado de Arroios. then im co-founder of a collective/podcast named Beat Craft, every summer we organize a mini festival somewhere in europe.

@emregirginkaya is based in Istanbul, and listening to his selections feels like being drawn under silky waves, where atmospheric pads are absorbed into lush, reverberated transitions. An intense intertwining of feedbacks falls upon one another until subharmonic overtones are brought to life, leaving behind a grounding sensation that holds pace and invites reflection. Erratic patterns of rhythmic artifacts cut through the edges of long-tailed decays, right before a warm vocal line opens up a vast space for emotional intensity, surrounded by reversed drums and followed by another period of grain resolution, where acoustic chords meets sweeping basslines, spoken words and field recordings. His latest work, "Saturdaypt1" — recently premiered by Copenhagen’s @katharsislabel — is selected as part of "Collage" LP, a limited edition 12” out on Lyon-based @second-end-rec.
