"not a love song" is about the thrill of meeting a new summertime fling every year. As the song builds the character gets introspective, questioning their relationship. Wondering why love can't last more than a summer. He pleads, "Yeah I wanna make love now, I don’t wanna make a love song". The chorus melody flows like waves on the beach, wanting you to kick back and enjoy the exciting and flirtatious instrumental. We believe this alt-pop song encapsulates our sound.

A tale of two moods is a breezy pop tune about shouting at the parts of yourself that are dragging you down. It’s a lighthearted anthem about picking yourself up out the anxiety, the exhaustion, the total unhinged nature of everything, and back into the elation that comes from being out with your friends on a really good night. By going for a walk and getting out of your body. By giving and receiving love, even in the smallest ways. Sometimes subtly can even be so loud. Ultimately, this song is a tale of two people pulling one another out of a rut, to push through and enjoy the little things life has to offer.
