Under funded and under appreciated Jordan Grubb strives to be different than the rest as far as electronic music is concerned. Hailing from Houston, TX, he has a strange way of perceiving electronic music.

   With an open mind he has searched all over the charts in an attempt to free his mind of the chains of mainstream radio garbage. After time spent in the clubs of Houston he realized things needed a twist. His mind began exploding with ideas of a different way to write electronic music with composition rather than traditional techniques. Fusing genres and even inventing his own style he set out to show a smoother, trippier side of the force, becoming "Redeye" and coining the term "Grubb-Step" as his genre.

   Recently he teamed up with his close friend Will Newell to work on a concept album for their band Quazar, adding a rock/metal feel to electronic music much like infected mushroom. They have yet to fully complete their tracks as they are both perfectonists when it comes to music. Writing is a long and tedious task but the effort is well-worth it in the end.
