I was given the honour of playing at one of my favorite places in Winnipeg last Friday. Skullspace is a co-operative in the exchange district of downtown Winnipeg that has become a safe gathering place for like minded individuals. In their own words "Hackerspaces are community-operated physical places, where people share their interest in tinkering with technology, meet and work on their projects, and learn from each other." 

I played this set in honour of one of the strongest women I've ever met, who's just passed into the spirit world to be at peace and with her ancestors. I love you and all you've given not just to me, but all who you surrounded yourself with and considered family. From the bottom of my heart and soul, thank you. 

This is an all UK Garage mix that ebbs and flows through newer vibes of garage and older more grimey ones as well, giving a wonderful dichotomy of what the garage vibe is capable of. I hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed putting it together!
