Alright so this song was actually 90% finished back in July 2019 and for a long time I wanted to include in the yet-to-be-released Evasion album. But recently I just decided to make it a separate single. The project for this song was also in my laptop stolen back in December 2019 so I couldn't really mess with the drop's sounds or melody's chords. I did make a few adjustments in terms of EQ'ing and adding a chiptune lead melody in the beginning which I could have just not done but I felt like it could follow into the main violin-sounding intro.

I also wanted to put this out already because I've played this song as my DJ set intro so many times. A few people I've sent this to (shoutout to BloodKlotz for his appreciation for this track) prior to its release have also shown some favoritism to the drop. I also premiered a bit of this in Disciple's "How We Roll" production livestream back in May 2020, which Eliminate, Modestep, Samplifire, 12th Planet, Fox Stevenson, & Bandlez have had the pleasure of listening to. Shoutout to them for being able to showcase a part of this.

As for the first drop, it is a bit more unusual and stems from the original methods I use to create my bass patches. It has a huge influence from Oliverse so the name of the track sort of indicates that I am sorry that I implemented his style for this song, but then again not sorry :) Anyways, enjoy this.

First track of the new 3-track EP from me, GameBoo, out now. Full EP is most likely out on Sunday.

With GameBoo originally meant to be a single, I had a a couple other tracks that I felt fit the theme of a boo-themed EP. I started the drop for this track around the middle of June and was actually part of a scrapped drop from my other track Martin, released on that same month. From there, I made a spooky melody out of it. I especially loved the main boo-sounding bass patch as well as the metallic wob sound that are both prominent in this dubstep track, so I made some variations with it for the B-sections and second drop.
