Next up in our Selections Series- 7 Years Retrospective Mix-  Mixed By Ant NebulaAnt Nebula is a Sydney-based Dj, label Dj for Mindspring Music, and Co-owner of Trimurti Records. He started his music career as a Dj in the late 90s, focusing on ambient/chillout music with the idea in mind to chill dance floors. His early influences stem from OST and early electronica sounds, such as Bola, Biosphere, and Apex Twin. He also curated compilations for Mind Spring Music in 2017 and Trimurti Records in 2020.

Ant Nebula brings a kaleidoscope of sounds into his DJ sets, layering ethnic elements, hypnotic melodies, and groovy beats, echoing the bipolar nature of his namesake - inviting the listener into a journey inward exploring the various textures of consciousness.

He has made various appearances at festivals around Australia as well worldwide, performing at Eclipse Festival (QLD), Dragon Dreaming Festival (NSW), Subsonic Music Festival (NSW), Tropical Bloom (QLD), Burring Man (USA), and more…

Hello everyone, DJ Khromata here, I am honored to have been asked to do a mix for the wonderful psybient.org. Most people know me as just a psytrance DJ, but I play many different styles of music, from progressive house, to psybreaks, to psychill/psydub. I have a series of psydub/psychill mixes called Apson Psydub that I started almost 10 years ago. It has been some years since the last one, and I consider this set for psybient.org the 9th in the series. The meaning behind the name Apson is inspired by the Apsara, or in Thai อัปสร (Apson), the beautiful dancing supernatural female beings of the clouds found in Hindu and Buddhist mythology. I hope you enjoy this set as we venture into the cosmic realm of the Apson where they dance sensually through dubby fractal space palaces floating in the sky... :) much love!

Khromata Bio

Khromata aka Eileen Lewis is one of the most prolific and sought after psytrance DJs in the U.S. She is a label DJ for the highly regarded Iboga Records. Now in her 11th year of DJing, she has played across the U.S and around the world, in places such as New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, Las Vegas, Copenhagen, London, Mexico City, Vancouver, Panama, Ukraine, and beyond. She has played at top festivals like Lightning in a Bottle, Symbiosis' Oregon Eclipse, Ozora California, Electric Daisy Carnival, Tribal Gathering, Astral Harvest Festival, Psytribe's Spring Frequency gatherings, four Dreamstate SoCals, Dreamstate Mexico, Dreamstate SF, and more. Sigel (Sun in Futhark) is a relatively new progressive downtempo project from Francisco Sosa, a mexican musician and producer from FrequenSeed Music Label, in which he has been published one EP, and one collaborative single along with Wasisunqu and V Lam Beat.  His productions are nourished by psychedelic textures and ethereal soundscapes, organic grooves, human expressions on different instruments and progressive contrasts.  He’s working on new music along with Cosmic Trigger (Jamie Grashion) mentoring. He loves to collaborate with different musicians to create a bridge of creativity and richness in expression.
