Heringer is an electronic music duo formed by twin brothers Daniel and Rafael. Their main goal is to bring to the world a fusion between melody and energy, harmony and power, exploring how electronic dance music can benefit from classical, orchestral and acoustic influences.

Born in Philadelphia in 1998 and raised in Brazil, the brothers grew up on a musically rich background. As kids, they learned the piano with their mom, a classically trained pianist. At young age they started composing their own music. 

During 2013, the twins developed a growing interest in electronic music, which quickly became their passion. They started to learn music production, facing it as a way to express and develop their musical ideas. Soon they were reimagining many compositions in new styles. 

Until mid-2016, Daniel and Rafael had finished 18 tracks. At this time, they chose their middle name Heringer as their new alias, and re-released three recent productions. The first, "Wolfgang", is a re-interpretation of the main theme from Mozart's 40th Symphony. "Persecution" is a melodic EDM anthem, which travels from the comfort of plucks and strings to the turbulence of a powerful drop. Finally, "O Come Emmanuel" is their take on the homonymous Advent hymn; it merges the known medieval style of the hymn with hard big room drops. 

During 2017, the Heringer brothers have been working on several new tracks, incorporating vocals, live instruments, and never losing sight of their melodic focus. Expect new music soon!
