For his first release of the New Year, Jason Ross has teamed up with one of his favorite collaborators, Dia Frampton, to release the title track from his first full-length artist album, “1000 Faces.” The LP will be released January 24 on Ophelia, representing the flourishing young label’s first foray into full-length releases. 

The partnership Jason has forged with Dia is emblematic of his new approach to producing and crossing genres. Over the past few years, he’s created many new relationships with writers, singers and producers, but his collaborations with Frampton have proved particularly fruitful. 

"Dia has been one of my favorite people in this industry since the first time we talked, right after I remixed her track with Illenium," described Jason. "The moment I heard this vocal, I was blown away and knew we had a big one on our hands."

The two join forces to create another powerful future bass track that combines feelings of longing with energetic and euphoric drops. Stabbing arpeggios penetrate the soundscape, while the juxtaposition of emotion and heavy bass exemplify Jason’s command and vision for his new style. From this production, to all the ones preceding and to follow, it leaves little wonder why Seven Lions has long-identified Jason as a leading artist for his label.

Long Way Home represents a sound very core to Tritonal.  We’ve had many opportunities during our career to learn how to convey various human emotions we all experience, through songwriting. We’ve written tracks in various tempos and styles, and have learned so much in the process. 2020 looks to be a crystallization of our most authentic selves. Working with HALIENE, Schala, & Jorza on this record reminded us that sometimes, we all need to find our way Home.

Formed in 2008 in Austin, TX, by Chad Cisneros and David Reed, Tritonal are one of the most successful US electronic music duos of the past decade, today counting nearly 1B collective streams across their discography, which comprises three artist albums, +200 originals and remixes, and six Top 10 hits on Billboard's electronic charts.

In May 2011, Tritonal released their debut album, ‘Piercing the Quiet,’ one of their first successes. They followed up with the three-part ‘Metamorphic’ EP series (2013-2014), which marked Tritonal’s expansion into new genres and featured their breakout hits, “Now or Never” and “Anchor.”

In Sept. 2016, Tritonal released their second album, ‘Painting With Dreams,’ which has garnered +140M streams on Spotify alone. Their third album, ‘U & Me’ (June 2019), which features collaborations with Sultan + Shepard, platinum singer-songwriter Mozella and multi-platinum artist Rachel Platten, reached the Top 10 on Billboard’s Dance/Electronic Album Sales chart. Dubbed “the label that delivers tune after tune” by Mixmag, Enhanced celebrated its 10-year anniversary in 2018 via the expansive '10 Years of Enhanced' compilation.

In addition to ‘Tritonia,’ their globally streamed weekly radio show, Tritonal have headlined the world’s leading festivals, including EDC Las Vegas, Lollapalooza, and Ultra Music Festival.
