Introducing our latest single, titled "Shams," meaning "Sun" in the Arabic language. 

This track serves as a unique fusion of our three distinct musical worlds. The first segment unfolds the mesmerizing realm of our vocals, weaving a tapestry of cinematic spirituality and intense emotional depth. The second part immerses listeners in the powerful and energetic domain of our keyboardist, delivering a potent blend of strength and epic dynamism. The final section catapults audiences into the guitarist's world, where funky dance vibes converge with an electrifying energy.

Having showcased "Shams" in our live performances for over a year, our intent is to encapsulate our individual artistic visions within a singular composition. This song serves as a bridge between live and electronic music, allowing us to captivate audiences not only on grand stages but also within the pulsating ambiance of clubs. It's a testament to our desire to merge diverse musical landscapes and create an unforgettable experience for our listeners.

Hold onto your hats and brace yourselves for the mighty force of one of the most powerful collaborative EPs we've had the pleasure of presenting.

 
El Retsof, UK based newcomer to the Findike Records roster, joins forces with a returning face, Ukraine's Following Light, to deliver an electrifying two-track trip that'll make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up on end.

 
Lead track 'Neuro Diversity' gets straight to the point as its heavy, pumping bass pounds towards a glowing break that you'd never have guessed was coming with its extravagant display of steel drum-like layered chinks and chimes, leading to lighting strikes that'll blow your mind as the melodic bass drops and they intertwine.

 
The B-side on this is just as impressive as the A-side, but with a noticeably more uplifting edge. 'Synaptic Contact' creeps in with a sustained synth wavering with intensity like a hornet wasp on the hunt, and builds beneath a warm, celestial atmosphere littered sparsely with random echoing hits and crashes before reaching a climax that'll hurtle you into oblivion with the weight of a thousand suns.

 
We'd like to thank El Retsof and Following Light for this remarkable body of work that we know you will enjoy, and that we are very proud to add to the Findike Records catalogue. Let's hope it is the first collaboration of many.

This EP is the fruit of collaborations, connecting singers and musicians from different backgrounds, languages and neighborhoods through their contribution to making groovy dancefloors. It is a reflection of the diversity that underlines daily life in Montreal. Each song started as a beat sent to the singer, and as they added their unique touch. Apart from this, the EP also showcases the contributions of six remixers each adding their distinctive flair : Tribulin Sound, Dvniel, Ka:lu, Matija & Richard Elcox and Nat Barrera. Music brought us together at parties, in someone's kitchen, on the beach, on a road trip, and it continues to bring us together to the studio to create new work to animate and soundtrack our adventures.

Abacilar is a producer, audio engineer, live act and dj based in Berlin. His productions are based on digital models, inspired from his organic touch. He thrives on taking the dance floor on a sonic journey where exists nothing but the resonances that take effect.

Berlin-based Christian Rothas aka ROTH has published various music releases under his civil name on labels like Bar25 Rec, Katz & Kauz Rec, Patent Skillz, Safe Music Records and many more. The DJ and producer has been also working as a ghost producer in the genres deep house, tech house and techno.

Filip Fisher, currently based in Belgrade with more than 10 years in music industry working as deejay, producer and label owner, The Purr and Orfanelli Records while showcasing in several clubs and festivals around the world. The basis is always a crisp kick-bass foundation, comparable to a carefully chosen carbohydrate source. A pinch of salt here, a spicy effect for the hi hats there. Just like a delicious dish, a quality composition needs time to develop. Even here, a recipe is a good base, a little freestyle makes it even better. So that it ends up crispy but fluffy inside. The "Crispy Base" remix by Just Emma is just delicious as the original song. Overall, its a bit faster and more tech-infused. It features more LFO-driven elements, resulting in an exciting arrangement filled with fluffy breaks, a melodious drop and a allready known Deep Pan Pizza signature. Starting with the soulful 'Oh Darlin', Krooss steers us on the path of laid-back Chicagoan rhythms and feelgood Afro soulfulness, weaving solar-powered sensitivity with vaporous floor dynamics to hypnotic effect. A further balmy slice of atmospheric electronica tinged with hints of dream-pop and balearic house, "Staring" cruises at its own tranquil pace across colour-shifting horizons and gently jagged reliefs. Pumping out an exquisite blend of sluggish house jack alongside archetypal Andalusian flavours and bass-driven manoeuvres, 'Phoenix' (feat. Frida Darko) ticks all the boxes of a festival season-ready chugger, whereas 'Move Your Booty' relies on a slightly more low-slung melody and further languid swing. 

All in bounce and playfulness, 'Your Soul' pulls out a bass-heavy chassis mounted with EBM synths' firepower, nostalgic riffs and orient-flavoured melodic flights, injecting a sense of spiritual elevation to its solid club-focussed engineering. Drawing in a more subdued palette of rhythmic elements, sprinkled with an eerie melody and stripped-back synth funk, 'Inside of Me' makes for a perfect transition track, with 'Manaki' going a further jagged route, as Krooss draws further deep into the Italo style, infusing his stellar arps and brittle piano chords with a thick FX gravy. Contorting itself at the junction of straightforward jack and a more prog-minded construction that seem tailored for stadiums, 'Elasticity' (with Atish) finds Krooss at his most precise and adroitly versatile. 

Beaming up unadulterated joy and sunrays across its six minute-ish ride, 'Coquin' bounces back and forth, ushering us into a jam-packed hacienda where the thick volutes of freshly lit havanas coalesce with the exhilarating scent of ron. A trippy ride down memory lane, 'Back To The Oldschool' conjures up images and components straight out the 90s, buzzing with that fun swash of hip-hop and tech-tinged hybrid. A delicate slab of balearic-informed deep house, 'Mtende' serves up a lascivious mishmash of coastal iridescence and sub-Saharan style polyrhythms. Topping off that broad sweep across house's manifold colour chart, 'Tied In Knots' (feat. Harry Charles) treats us to an elevating mix of Spanish guitars and 303-marinated acid bass, taking us from classicism up the modernist ladder in the blink of an eye.
