En grupp typiskt kontorsanställda folkmusiker som gör arbetsdagen till en firmafest. Med huvudkontor i Göteborg möts de fyra nordiska länderna i musikaliska sammandrabbningar, olämpligt beteende och en gemensam kärlek för smör. Tillsammans skapar de, sällan skådad, episk musik som återspeglar deras personligheter och karriärer.
