Ukranian artists Komponente and Kurilo are next to deliver our InSession mix and this duo have really stepped up. Co-founders of label Trance Pandemic which funnily enough delves into the depths of Trance and its influence on modern house and techno. We recently covered their new creation ‘Lord of Destruction’ EP and as well exploring their roots they also cover acid tinged house and dream inducing techno.

Connecting on a record and label is one thing but jointly producing a DJ partnership is quite another and it is impossible to see where Komponente ends and Kurilo begins and vice versa. This is how it should be with a two-pronged attack and their mix for us is as good as it gets. Acid house and bleepy tech gives way to blissed out pads throughout this tight ride.

Who is the cat up in the tree? It’s PierrooOoOooOOooo ! Originally from Ukkel south Brussels, full time Arborist, half time Record lover and Double time Clubber. He has been the middle point of the underground house and techno community in Brussels for some years. Pierro is breathing the party and firing energy all the time on the dance floor and behind the decks. His dedication for digging came a few years ago and he has been DJing ever since and started the collective Combine with his friend Fab.
His first cultural memory was the movie that his dad introduced him to of Louis De Funès called Le Corniaud (France 1965), and no surprise, the music in this mix kind of sounds like it. Check it out yourself. We love it ! Thanks Pierro. Hang in there !

Denys Dinkevych also known as Diskevich is a true digger, always searching for the most obscure nuggets. He had the privilege of soaking up roots of electronic music culture at one of the most legendary clubs on this planet @closer-lesnoyprichal .
He’s now running a YouTube channel that represents the best pieces of his vinyl collection, with lots of unknown gems from the early ages and beyond.
