You!!! has a dedicated following around the world and inspires chatroom comments like “Goooooosebumpssss”, “I’m out of ‘woi’” and “gonna learn to make a bot that just posts ‘chune’ every time Sarah starts a new track”. She’s hosted guests including Richard Sen, Scarlett O’Malley, Chris Coco, Running Hot and Rosie Ama. As well as her regular show, she contributes guest mixes to stations including NTS, Refuge Worldwide, Soho Radio, Mutant Radio and Voices. And she’s made a Chill Out Tent mix for Apple Music.

A Low Life resident since 2023, Sarah delivers funky sets to faithfuls and newcomers at London institution Corsica Studios, injecting fresh energy into this long-running and much loved party. In 2024, she graced the celebrated Gala festival, filling the affectionately dubbed Wizard’s Hat with love, smiles, cheers and tears. Other notable festival performances include Glastonbury, Love International, Watching Trees and Wildwood.

On to the next episode of our podcast series, we have a quite special one this time. The podcast is completely filled with his own productions, 100% own tracks and remixes, 100% Nathan Homan.

Over the past few years, Nathan has quickly risen as a force within the electronic music scene. As a former resident at Groningen’s beloved OOST, he’s built a strong reputation for lighting up dancefloors with his eclectic blend of house, techno, and electro. A natural behind the decks, his journey has taken him to some of the most respected underground clubs and events such as Breakfast Club, Perron, RAUM, VBX, KopjeK, and Paradigm.

Beyond the booth, Nathan’s presence extends to radio, where he’s a regular guest on RRFM, Future Intel, and Operator, sharing his unique sound with a wider audience. As a dedicated producer and label owner, he’s released music on Magic Water, NHS, BAR Records, and KopjeK Records, as well as on his own imprints.
Together with Merkelbach he co-founded the Beau Brummel label, setting the stage for a wave of fresh, highly anticipated releases.

Now based in Rotterdam, Nathan is exactly where he belongs: fully in control of his sound, his vision, and every dancefloor he touches. With a sharp perspective on house music and an unstoppable drive, he’s continuing to carve his place in the scene and we’re happy to be part of that journey with this episode.

We are happy to welcome our dear friend, Spanish DJ/ producer NESI, one of the most exciting rising talents in the European house scene. She unveils her brand-new EP 'Make Me Feel', two-tracks highlighting her ability to craft immersive and energetic sounds for the dancefloor - having already played in Spain's best clubs alongside some of the best DJs in the game.

The ever-restless crate digger and globe-trotting selector Romain FX steps into the booth for our 137th edition of the Phonica Mix series, bringing with him the full force of his nomadic, genre-bending ethos. 
Born in France but raised across Hong Kong, Taiwan and the USA, he’s spent nearly two decades cultivating a sound with no borders—whether through founding Hong Kong’s Fauve Radio and Fauve Records, digging through the city’s back-street record shops or driving sunrise sessions atop the Great Wall of China. For this mix he set out to “create a melting pot of sounds from different corners of the world, stitched together into my own musical sphere,” he tells us, outlining his intent to blend Canto Pop with Korean beats, Ghetto House with IDM, Indian electronic experiments and dreamy rave, all seasoned with a dash of space disco. That he pulls it off – without caring if genre purists wince – is testament to years of diligent vinyl hunting (over 3,000 records and counting) and a restless urge to challenge the dancefloor. It’s not just the track-list that intrigues, but the spirit of connection through contrast. Expect hidden unreleased gems for curious ears, and a journey that reminds you why Romain FX remains one of the most adventurous voices in underground dance music today.

Under the velvet drapes of the Peacock Club in the Rajasthan desert last December we celebrated 10 years both of Rhythm Section & Magnetic Fields. The whole experience really did feel like a dream, filled with the most wonderful colours, sounds & characters. Thank you to the dancers, the festival & all the folk involved in making this experience one of the most magical I’ve had to date. I hope some of this shines through in the recording.

The long standing NTS resident steps up for the latest Off The Record mix.
London-based DJ and NTS regular Babyschön a.k.a Safi Bugel brings her deep, left-of-centre sensibilities to Phonica’s Off The Record series with a mix that bridges the afterglow of summer and the shadows of winter. Known for weaving post-punk, Italo, EBM and oddball house through her radio shows and club sets, Safi has built a reputation for finding warmth in the darker corners of the dancefloor. This mix, recorded at home on a quiet autumn afternoon but inspired by her set at DIY festival Three Wheel Drive back in August, channels that same energy — hazy, melodic and a little nostalgic while still maintaining a solid dance ready beat throughout.
