This is a live recording of my set at "RHADOO / Beat In Me", held at Vent in Tokyo on 29th November. It’s the opening set on the main floor from 23:00 to 1:00, before Rhadoo’s performance. Please have a listen when you have some time.

• No mastering has been applied.
• The recorder was slightly malfunctioning, and I couldn't properly adjust the input levels during recording. As a result, some tracks have distorted kicks. Thank you for your understanding.

We are proud to present a recording from the archives of Romanian artist Dan Andrei, and this recording is worth the wait. A name that is synonymous with high-grade electronic music in all its many forms, his work behind in the DJ booth is matched by few, as every set results in a truly mind-expanding journey. A constant in the [a:rpia:r] core setup, he has been at the centre of the Romanian minimal community since he decided on his chosen path. This meant that he quickly outgrew his homeland and was then called upon to soundtrack the world's best parties with a constant touring schedule that has taken him near and far. Guesthouse is turning 8 years old, so we thought that as a thank you for all your support we would offer this as a little present in preparation for this weekend’s party and in turn for leaving you with the start of a musical legacy we intend to create through this podcast series.

It is such a great pleasure to present you with the first Guesthouse Podcast along with other aspects which we will be bringing out this week such as our brand new website and blog.

To start things off, we have who is, one of the most understated and respected artists in our scene, Rhadoo, to provide us with a recording of his fabric set when the club turned 19 years old last October. A lot could be written and said about this artist who is so outstanding, unique and historically relevant to minimalism, however, in order to be in line with his identity and his understatement we will let the music speak for itself. 

We would like to thank fabric for granting us this recording and wish them a great night this Saturday as they have their annual RPR Soundsystem gathering. 

Back here in Bucharest, we will be celebrating with a stellar line up including Charlie, Christopher Ledger, Inner, Junki Inoue, Kozo, Praslea and Vera.
