Last week's Ode to Nat at Wiggle was a moment of pure and electric bliss that wholesomely reanimated the original spirit of Wiggle as it did the ethos of its dear, late co-founders Nathan and Lou. Their contagious grins could be felt filling what remaining space was left between the dancers. I arrived exhausted after an 11-hour door-to-door journey from Romania, but the energy from all the faces, familiar and new, quickly swept all that away. Unsurprisingly, Fabian and Josh clearly have it in their blood to pick up the baton from their parents under the guidance of Terry. Everyone who I heard played impeccable sets, but I'm just gutted I didn't get to catch the boys with Harvey under their 3 minds alias earlier on, but I heard it was on point as ever. Wiggle is back, and long may it thrive! Oi oi!

This week we welcome Cap to the mix series. Schooled in the world of Romanian minimal and house, these-days you'll often find him behind the scene's most revered booths and parties from Club Guesthouse to NYC's ReSolute and Amsterdam's VBX but to name a few.

A hypnotic DJ, he possess depth, groove and impressive musical breadth, sliding between house, techno, minimal and plenty more with mischievous ease.  He spins at Dimensions for the first time this summer, and if this classy 80 minutes is anything to go by, we're in for a serious treat.

By now, OTIS and Paul Lution should be well-known names, and perhaps if you have not caught them performing in solo mode or collectively, then you will have undoubtedly caught some of their studio output in recent months. Being part of the Outcast Torino extended family, both artists have been in high demand and with their powerful audio creations speaking volumes at the moment this is surely only going to grow and grow. Collectively, this duo combine their love of electronics, dancefloor knowledge and even instruments to form an outrageous live act called Punky and The Brain. Perhaps the 90s cartoon reference may be lost on some, their madcap sets fuse electric guitar, live synths, and vocoded vocals into something akin to a rock performance rather than an electro pairing.

For those that do remember the cartoon from the mid 90s, the opening track from their InSessions recording is a timely reminder before they launch into the main section of their set. With their sound sitting in the sweet spot between Italo, nu school electro, acid, and breaks OTIS and Paul quickly move the gears in order to present their full spectrum in quick succession. With the pair performing in safety specs and white lab coats there is a clear case of style and substance, not just one over the other.
