xD_Eric She/They/Them, São Paulo born and Berlin based multiartist, co-founder of the Brazilian collective ‘Chernobyl’. The passion for music started with the influence of her family. She searching for Latin peripheral music ranging from Brazilian funk, passing through many other aspects as Techno, Hard dance and Latin Core that make LATAM catch fire. Their approach to Black music comes from some of her family members, like her father and uncles, who in the 80’s organized Black Music balls in São Paulo. “I collect countless works that make me proud and I am increasingly hungry for knowledge. I had uncles who are DJs and always thought it was amazing and inspired me.”

Trouble Mix #2 XDERIC

KIA, led by Brooklyn based duo Donofrio @donofrio_nyc and Gag Ørder @gag_order blurs the lines of genre-specific sounds to deliver listeners a cauldron of influences with a heavy emphasis on queer and BIPOC artists. Inspired by everything from the thunderous clamor of ballroom to the tumultuous drums that inhabit the spaces of underrepresented communities, KIA's aim is to put visibility and representation in motion one function at a time. The duo has made much headway since their debut, playing at NYC staples Good Room, Knockdown Center, Le Bain, Paragon, Bossa Nova Civic Club, and LadyFag’s Battle Hymn. NOCTURNAL EMISSIONS is a trippy mix-mash of house, techno and trance with Latin / tribal influence; a distorted, sound-bending, mind-fuck that will leave you suspended with the vibrations of the night.
