88rams is a DJ, producer, and queer astrolowitch based in Berlin. She blends fast minimalist bass, deconstructed club rhythms, from footwork & jersey, to brazilian funk, and even a bit of gabber and ambient. In her sets she tries to hold (s)pace for both tension and release, like a spell for y/our flesh to get ensouled by joy - and revolt. 

This debut mix was recorded during Aries season. She described it to us as "consistent with [her] favourite zodiac sign : fulgurance & light : tracks shift and spark with urgency." Aries, she continues, "is the name that the astrological tradition gave to the elementality of fire, in its most moving and strange modality".
