The Story of Abenstrüe is actually true. My uncle came up to me with this strange dream he had and told me that he woke up with the word "Abenstrüe" in his head which as it turns out, doesn't mean anything. But I thought the whole thing was kinda funny so I wrote a dramatic song about it.

Thank you for listening.  Whether writing and recording bluesy rock tunes with @twelve-above, or composing psychedelic instrumentals at home, creating music has become my favorite pastime.  I write these tracks to continually work on improving my composing, playing, recording, mixing/mastering, and arranging skills.  Also because I love creating a piece of music from a blank slate, allowing it to take me where it wants to go, and discovering/creating new and interesting sounds along the way.  I like blues, jazz, rock, classical, and anything psychedelic that reminds me of Pink Floyd, David Bowie, the Twilight Zone, or old campy sci-fi movie sounds.

I would welcome the idea of collaborating on music or movie projects with other like-minded artists, just send me a message.
