iii Points Fest recently slammed into Miami like a category 5 hurricane and I had the pleasure of playing the sunset set on the Isotropic stage before the likes of Moscoman, John Tejada and Fjaak took over.

Here's the recording of the set which includes some rave weapons mixed in with some all time favorites from Benoit & Sergio, Caribou, Nicolas Jaar, and Ron Trent, as well as a couple unreleased ones from myself and others .

Spilt Tea

Meridian Slide is the debut release from Miami artist R/V Calypso, the new alias from @troykurtz. The EP follows a surfing injury that sidelined him earlier in 2025 and marks a deeper exploration of his tropical environment, with sub-aquatic synth layers weaving from sun-kissed breaks in 'Meridian Slide' to hazier acid workouts. 

Among them is a collaborative track 'K Walking' with @charlesmxxn (CDMX), whose recent plays at clubs like Panoramabar and Yu Yu shine through the shutters in this freaked-out jam that will have the club kids gripping the walls. 

'Lava Flows' oozes red hot energy, while the hypnotic EP closer 'TRITS' has been tipped by our DJ pool as the pick of the bunch. Road-tested all summer by label boss Danny Daze, this four-track EP delivers dynamic flavors for every hour of the function. 

Support from Vladimir Ivkovic, Axel Boman, Bradley Zero, Richard Akingbehin, Huerta, Danny Goliger and Harrison BDP.
