I've faced a lot if dark events this past year especially with just not living everyday like is my last thinking "I have time". Life is short but understand that whatever adversity we face we can pull through by turning every negative situation into a positive one and know that it's only temporary. The pain, the moments, the emotion, all don't last forever so believe in yourself and always be your biggest supporter.
