More from my HardSpeed project. This is the theme for Dizzy (short for Dizzielda,) Elza's co-captain (and wife) on their space pirate ship, the Teneritas. Dizzy is a mechanoid, and as such, faces a lot of discrimination due to her race. Elza is incredibly protective of her. 
Dizzy was originally programmed as a tour guide bot. Although her knowledge has grown extensively, and she's got a shiny new combat frame that can vaporize a monster a quarter mile away, she still enjoys being helpful and guiding tours of the ship. She's incredibly emotional underneath that stoic faceplate of hers. (Yes, she wears clothes. No, I don't know why she insists on it.)

A sun-drenched ranch in Elancia's frontier. A lone drifter just looking for a hot meal and a warm bed. The bandit gang, the bloodbath, and the aftermath.

This song had to be a lot of things. I wanted it to represent the ranch before and after (but not during) the aforementioned bloodbath in the storyline. The drifter awakening to find the ranch still intact, but the bodies of of its former occupants and the bandits, while some of the animals just roam freely around the grounds as if nothing had changed.

Some folks might not dig it, but I'm happy with the result. It references 'Burden' as do a lot of songs on the 4th Elancia album. Enjoy.
