In that time, it has released over 2000 tracks ranging from Deep House and Disco to Balearic and leftfield pop on four imprints, produced by over 600 artists, producers and remixers. Their sounds have been spun and streamed into over 80 countries worldwide, making them one of the most respected names in contemporary dance music.
Paper is celebrating by releasing ‘Best of’ compilations curated by two of their most influential artists; Crazy P and Flash Atkins. Each will cover different eras, PAP001 – 100 and PAP101 – PAP260 respectively with their favourite moments from the catalogue.

Icelandic scene veteran ILO steps up to the True Romance plate and cooks up a three-part EP. Known for his remixes for reputed acts such as Sigur Rós, múm and GusGus, ILO harbors a release catalog dating almost two decades, with productions on labels such as Rebirth, Synthadelia Records, Kompakt and Thule Record ́s legendary offshoot 66 Degrees Records dating back to 2001.
Drafted alongside Belle and Sebastian keyboardist Chris Geddes, Restart doesn’t adhere to electronic music conventions, as it blends strains of deep house, ambient, minimal and organic notes alongside glitched vocal loops. Named initially after the troublesome computer operation the artists had to repeat during production, Restart part 2 has taken on the meaning of existential renewal, and explores the theme with its wandering groove and US singer Moji Abiola’s lush vocals. Inspired by people of Berlin after one of the artist’s gigs there, Restart Part #3 travels through dubby basslines and deep house pads that swirl between easygoing breakbeats.

Palavas are two mysterious producers hailing from the South of France ready to position themselves as one of the hottest new Indie Dance duos on the scene. Their name, ​Palavas​, is a reference to Palavas-les-Flots (FR), a vacation town near their home that in the 1980’s owned the prestigious title of "Queen of Mediterranean Beaches.” In their music, Palavas aims to recapture this golden era, with sun drenched italo-disco elements, and summery beats.

The duo has already been busy making a mark on the scene. Their first eps were released on​ Intercept Records​ in addition to their own label, ​AZZUR, and have ​garnered DJ support by acts such as ​Hot Toddy, Gilles Peterson, Folamour, Ame, Laurent Garnier, Marcus Worgull, Grazzz, Crackazat​ and more.​ T​hey’ve also been busy DJing, with highlight performances at the​ "I Love Techno​" and "Big Bang Music Festivals" in Europe.
