Fresh Belgian talent Maxi Meraki channels his raw disco and melodic house signature blend into a three piece release oozing with groove for True Romance
Funky loops and mirrorball disco come together in Constellations, the first track of the EP. A lush vocal gives it its disco tinge, while radiating arp synths pulsate along.
Lie Machine centers around a classic house vocal, locked into a spiralling synth backdrop. Its effect is so stirring as it instantly hooks and delivers a dance-inducing drop.
On Baby the atmosphere turns enigmatic as the track moves through a steady bassline and a whirlwind synth, leading to emphatic crescendos and laid back resolutions. All three tracks have an instant feel good energy and, like all feelgood tracks, finish as though they have more to say.
