What’s the magic about Kryptic Minds music? For me, there’s something very special about their old dubstep releases. So diverse, some absolute bangers, some with a sad edge to it, to get lost in and drift away. As it’s described on last.fm “[their tracks] lead listeners into an edgy otherworld”. I knew it could work perfectly in the Drum & Bass realm but instead of making a sad liquid version, I wanted to keep it true to my style: high-energy, dancefloor-focused DnB with a disco twist.

I'm a big fan of drum'n'bass, in all genres of DnB but specifically the Hospital Records stuff. At the time, I was also a big fan of Tony Colman's Hospital Records weekly podcasts. So you can say that Tony inspired me to making a drum'n'bass remix of a pop song that a friend of mine produced pre-Covid with a group of 3 redheads called '3Rouges'.
