Paper Ghosts

Hello everyone, and welcome to the release of my new EP, Our World.

Last summer I took a little break from writing music. It wasn’t necessarily intentional, but I kind of just got busy with things and ended up not really creating much. However, what I did do is spend a bunch of time outside. In doing so, I realized towards the end of summer that I wanted my next project to be a thank you of sorts to the planet that we’re lucky to live on. While life often has its struggles, nature contains so many beautiful elements. It’s the feelings and emotions these things bring me that I tried to capture within the songs of Our World. I hope you are able to get as much enjoyment listening to the EP as much as I did creating it, and thank you very much for listening.

Stardust Raindrops

Hey everyone! 

Over the last year or so I've taken a lot of time to educate myself on mental health and really examine the way that it impacts my life and the lives of those around me. I've had conversations with so many incredible people who've shared their own stories, shared others' stories, and helped me realize that everyone has something that they struggle with.

It's Getting Late represents the times when things don't seem so great. There are days, weeks, and sometimes even longer periods when things seem like they won't get better, and there have certainly been moments where I felt like I was nothing more than what I told myself I was: not enough.

This isn't to say that I don't still feel this way sometimes, because I do, and these feelings are largely what the songs on this EP are intended to capture. But learning how to find hope and happiness, and emerge from these times stronger, has made me more determined than ever to make sure others know that they are not alone :)
