TOXIC

Hey everyone! 

Over the last year or so I've taken a lot of time to educate myself on mental health and really examine the way that it impacts my life and the lives of those around me. I've had conversations with so many incredible people who've shared their own stories, shared others' stories, and helped me realize that everyone has something that they struggle with.

It's Getting Late represents the times when things don't seem so great. There are days, weeks, and sometimes even longer periods when things seem like they won't get better, and there have certainly been moments where I felt like I was nothing more than what I told myself I was: not enough.

This isn't to say that I don't still feel this way sometimes, because I do, and these feelings are largely what the songs on this EP are intended to capture. But learning how to find hope and happiness, and emerge from these times stronger, has made me more determined than ever to make sure others know that they are not alone :)
